22nd Anniversary of Wearing a Tuxedo.

My LifeGroup friend Kayleen so graciously accepted my invitation to break bread. She was much better company than my date last year. I saw Steve G. the exspag manager, he politely said hello and checked back but was a bit aloof which is understandable since the last time I saw him was when I took Lauren there for her birthday. Wasn’t really the time or the place to fill him in. I just wonder what he was thinking? For the second time in a row I didn’t finish my cheesecake. I do know I’ve gotten smart enough to not stuff myself beyond capacity but leaving a safety margin is new to me.

Kayleen got the 30th anniversary special cheesecake, which would probably feed her a few more days, if she didn’t have roommates that is.

Are there 12 or 13 dudes?

My sister Robbie emailed this puzzle, well tried to email it to me. So how many dudes do you count, don’t forget to wait for the picture to change.

The Steel Pinecones

Finally got a copy of the public access TV appearance back in May of The Steel Pinecones, aka Crystal, Andrew and Paul Araiza.

Erin Hartzell’s 24th Birthday

Went to Fountain Bowl for Erin’s birthday. Yes, unvirtual bowling. So I dusted off my ball and shoes for the first time in eight years? I’m pretty sure I’ve never grown into my “grown up” ball. It’s just to damn heavy to have much control. I was doing okay, slowly gaining pins on my comrades, till late in the game when Melinda throws two strikes in a row 8th and 9th and Shane says something to me about the score and I look at it and realize I’m going to need almost a turkey in the 10th frame to win. Provided Melinda didn’t turkey first. I’ve already accepted second place and then proceed to throw two strikes, Melinda spares in the 10th and I beat her by 4. A 156 which is in my normal range if you can have one, bowling 1.5 times a decade.

This video the last frame from our Speed Bowling as our paid time was running out. It was Melissa’s moment of bowling glory.
