Carbon Neutral My Butt

In Senate hearing today Algore stated that he and his businesses are carbon neutral. I find that hard to believe that he is actually wealthy enough to buy enough carbon offsets to counterbalance all the hot air emanating from his mouth. There should be a picture of him in the dictionary under the heading “elite liberal”, because he is a classic example. Do as I say but not as I do. He says we need to sacrifice our life style for the good of the Earth, yet he continues to live a life of excessive consumption from private jets to his Tennessee mansion’s enormous energy demands. The only thing he sacrifices is some of his pocket change, which I doubt really gets him carbon neutral and also enriches himself because one of the recipients of his carbon sin payments goes to his own company. Much the same way that Senator Feinstein is for gun control yet she has a concealed weapon permit.
